Based in Glasgow City Centre, it’s a 600sq ft studio in the Axiom building on Washington Street, with rooftop terrace and BoxHub coffee shop/event space on the ground floor. Located a 4 minute walk from Anderston train station and approx 10 mins walk from Glasgow Central/Charing Cross.
The Studio
It’s a large, well lit, monochromatic space with high ceilings including a separate meeting room with 6-person conference table and Apple TV to allow presentations for client meetings. Other features include sofa seating area, kitchenette for making those tasty treat lunches and a washing up area too.

Agreement
An all-inclusive rent of £200 p/m paid in advance of each calendar month. It's a monthly rolling contract with a one month notice of cancellation. An initial one month trial period is in place to ensure we are both happy to agree a longer term lease period.
